Vice President of Services
Shawn Hanselman leads and manages all services related functions at Connecting Point. With his background in service leadership and cybersecurity consulting, he is focused on the continuing evolution and execution of our service delivery model. As the Vice President of Services, Shawn ensures that our clients receive the highest levels of support and that our service offerings, processes and controls align with the industry standards and best practices.

Service Manager
Tamra Armstrong oversees the day-to-day operations of both the professional services and reactive services teams. As the Service Manager, Tamra ensures that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively and that our support desk is operating consistently while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Senior Network Engineer
Ross Jordan brings decades of technical expertise to the team. As a Senior Network Engineer, Ross is responsible for designing and implementing advanced IT solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. But he also has the responsibility of growing and mentoring our technical talent at Connecting Point to ensure a culture of continuous learning and adherence to technical best practices and problem resolution.

Jesse Rosales plays a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of our clients’ networks. As a Senior NOC Engineer, Jesse monitors and manages our suite of IT services which ensures optimal functionality and security and works in tandem with our Senior Leadership and technical staff to enhance and grow our suite of IT services and drive efficiency through our organization and our clients’ environments.
